Joseph Washington

CEO / Owner / Master Electrician

Joseph Washington grew up in Southern Maryland before he joined the U.S. Navy. He began his start serving in the U.S Navy Sea Bee’s where his foundation began. While serving Joseph supported efforts of both the Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom operations honorably. After his military tenure, Joseph graduated from ABC (Associated Building Contractors) school where he used his multifaceted skills to provide supportive services for the Defense and Intelligence communities as a contractor. In 2010 now a Master Electrician Joseph established Frequency Enterprise as a Minority Veteran owned company. Joseph has a Maryland State Masters Electrician License, Virginia State Master Electrical License and multiple county licenses. He is also actively pursuing a Construction Management degree.
